Our commitment to quality begins with our suppliers. We partner with local fishermen across County Mayo and beyond to bring you the freshest fish, succulent shellfish, and premium meats. This dedication ensures unique flavours and a truly authentic taste of Ireland infused with French flair.

Anne Kelly runs the hydroponic farm on-site, supplying the restaurant with seasonal fruits and vegetables, and adjusting production to ensure the freshest, tastiest, and most beautiful produce imaginable.
